Winter melon soup (冬瓜汤 dōng guā tāng)

It’s winter here and many of us started to feel under the weather. Another dish that reminds me of home is winter melon soup (dong gua tang). It is originally from China, but I knew this dish when I was back in Indonesia, since my mom used to cook this at home. It is the best way to warm up during rainy days. Enjoy.. =)
