I have been making this banana muffin for the last month as my family’s breakfast. It’s so easy and healthy. I can easily take them with me to work and eat them on the way.. 🙂 it can last up to 3 days when storing in a container in room temperature. Hope you like this recipe and happy baking!

Servings: 12 Muffins
2 Bananas, mashed
1 ½ cup Oatmeal, blend
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tbsp Yoghurt
1 tsp Vanilla Extra
2 tbsp Honey OR 3-4 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Chopped almond
- Pre-heat oven over 200 degrees Celsius.
- Mash banana with a fork until it’s smooth and Blend the oatmeal so it looks like flour.
- Mix the mashed banana, flour oatmeal, baking soda, eggs, yoghurt, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract with hand mixer or spoon.
- Add in chia seeds and chopped almond. Mix them well and place them in muffin baking form. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
